Athletes Club is a Men's Strength & Conditioning program for beginner to advanced athletes. This program was designed to get you STRONG in the big three; bench, deadlift, and squat. With a focus on strength progressions and accessory work.
The intention behind creating Athletes Club is to help Athletes mentally and physically prepare for competition and everyday life.
Sessions take place inside of JT’s home gym.
3-4 sessions per week.
Evening Group: Monday-Thursday at 4:30pm
This is a monthly subscription progression based program.
