Snatched Academy is focused on building a community of strong women to support one another in reaching your fitness goals via accountability, motivation, and hard work. This program is suited for all fitness levels. The primary goal is to teach you how to activate, strengthen, and shape your legs with a special focus on glutes, hamstrings, quads, calves and developing a strong core. The secondary goal of this program is to increase overall strength on fundamental compound movements that involve large muscle masses, as well as to help you shed fat and tone your overall body.
Sessions take place inside of JT’s home gym.
3-4 Sessions per week.
Morning Group: Monday-Thursday 7:00-8:15am
Evening Group: Monday-Thursday 5:30-6:45pm

Dumbbell Only Program: 4 Strength Workouts + 1 Conditioning Day
Gym Only Program: 4 Strength Workouts + 1 Conditioning Day
